Settle the Mind, Strengthen the Brand: Yoga For Entrepreneurs
As some of the hardest working individuals on the planet, entrepreneurs often deplete themselves for the sake of their business. Beyond physical and nutritional neglect, they often avoid mental rejuvenation as well; with so many things on the “to-do list,” they never really turn off. Over time, this leads to early burnout, brand stagnation and blurred entrepreneurial vision. Yoga has unlimited benefits to offer this rigorous individual, including tension release, clarity, creativity, improved productivity, and sharper focus and balance. This seminar includes an open-level vinyasa yoga class (suitable for intermediates and beginners), light journaling, an “Express Yoga Tip Sheet” (to do at home or the office), and proven insight on how and why yoga will improve one’s brand and business.
