Jameson & KelSo: Brooklyn to Ireland and Back Again


What do you get when you combine a quality IPA with a smooth whiskey? The product of a months-long collaboration between Jameson whiskey and Brooklyn-based craft brewer KelSo, this highly limited-edition IPA was aged over two months in 10 Jameson whiskey barrels — producing a finely balanced brew that is truly one-of-a-kind. The partnership brought KelSo founder Kelly Taylor to Ireland, where he met with Jameson’s master of whiskey science, Dave Quinn, and Ger Buckley, a 5th generation Jameson cooper.
