Let’s start this off the right way: Tonight, Ignacio Mattos, chef and co-owner of Manhattan’s James Beard Award-nominated restaurant, Estela, is coming to Brooklyn to grill up some tasty bites along with his business partner, Thomas Carter. Tickets to the event are only $10 a pop.
The Finger On The Pulse-sponsored BBQ Blowout (now in its seventh year) will take place at Good Co. in South Williamsburg Eater NY reports. For the aforementioned $10, attendees will get a plate of BBQ along with a Brooklyn Brewery beer to wash it all down.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
– Spiced Lamb Ribs
– Marinated eggplants and onions
– Taboule
– Seasoned Yogurt
For whatever reason, tickets to this thing are still available, so get them while you can. After that, head to Good Co. (10 Hope St. nr. Roebling St.) at 7:30 p.m. tonight to dig in.
