Earlier this year, we introduced you guys to Brooklyn’s best juice spots, highlighting the best recipes each had to offer.
Now, a new-ish company is looking to join the ultra-competitive Brooklyn juice game: The Squeeze, a food truck-based raw food and juice bar, is opening a brick-and-mortar location in East Williamsburg this Friday, May 9.
According to DNAinfo, the eatery/drinking hole will offer cold-pressed “non-GMO, locally-sourced” juices and a sizable menu of raw food dishes including crepes, salads and soups. Menu items will be a bit pricey, with most juices going for $9.50 a pop, but that’s the way it goes with most juice bars.
Juice and raw food enthusiasts will find The Squeeze at 96 Graham Avenue near Scholes Street.
