Girls Is Filming in Ditmas Park Again
Did you miss the chance to swing by the Girls set when they were in Ditmas Park a couple weeks back, forfeit your chance to see what the hell they were doing in a karate studio, spend the last two weeks wishing, hoping, and praying you could catch a glimpse of Lena Dunham in person now now now? Well, you’re in luck! Ditmas Park Corner reports that once again, the show is slated to do some filming in the neighborhood.
The show will be shooting next Thursday and Friday on “Church Avenue from Coney Island Avenue to Argyle Road, Albemarle from Argyle to Westminster, and Coney Island Avenue between Caton Avenue and Hinckley Place,” according to the site, which means, among other things, that you can’t have your car parked on those blocks on those dates.
It’s still unclear if a major plot point of the next season will take place in the neighborhood or if it’s just supposed to sub in for Iowa, but as always, do with this information what you will.
