Brooklyn’s Best Russian Restaurants
Café Kiev: Oddly enough, butter-injected chicken isn’t on the menu at this family-owned café. But rest assured that their homey, Ukrainian/Russian cuisine “won’t leave you indifferent,” like Kiev-style oladi (pancakes), golubsky (cabbage rolls), savory blintzes stuffed with mushrooms, onions and eggs, and Georgian khenkali, doughy soup dumplings filled with ground lamb.
