Finally finding an affordable health care solution for my crew to take part in.
What dish on your menu are you most grateful to have free, unlimited access to?
The Bark Chicken Wings! I personally think they are amazing, and can’t believe I can have chicken wings whenever I want!!! (There’s a downside to that of course…I have chicken wings a little too often).
What makes you exceptionally grateful to have a restaurant in Brooklyn, over anywhere else in the world?
I am a big history buff, and have always been fascinated with the rich history of New York City. I feel very lucky to be a part of such a deeply rooted food and social culture here in Brooklyn. It is where much of my family spent their first years in this country.
