Via Gothamist, Hanksy’s spectacular, bone-chilling new creation: Buffalo Bill de Blasio, complete with a little butterfly necklace with Bloomberg’s face on it, and full-on tucking. Reportedly, it’s a collaboration with Alex Pardee.
