Also kind of played out, but mostly, an unequivocal misdemeanor under New York State law.
Mostly, though, don’t forget to vote. Seems sort of obvious, but my polling place was more or less empty this morning, and even if the mayoral race is sort of a foregone conclusion, there’s other important stuff on the ballot, like the D.A. race and a proposal to expand the reach of fracking (WNYC has a helpful guide here). If nothing else, do it for the brief sense of moral superiority?
