Here Is Brooklyn’s Most Insane $30 Million House
Looking for a little morning class rage, or maybe just a comforting reminder that you can live the garish life of a Miami-based millionaire without having to actually leave Brooklyn? Either way, here is the $30 million Mill Basin house being hailed as “New York’s largest and most prestigious waterfront property.” It is 60,000 square feet and has four kitchens, 15 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms, accommodations for “a variety of watercraft,” and “a very special circular meditation room.”
The property, designed by Noel Jeffrey and allegedly built illegally on top of excavated tidal wetlands, has previously been owned by both a high-level mobster and a Russian millionaire who Curbed points out is the mother of a socialite known as the “Russian-American Paris Hilton.” And for more money than I will ever accumulate over the course of my lifetime, you, too, can be part of this proud lineage. And live on top of a fragile land that may or may not be extra vulnerable to storm damage! Worth every penny if you need a place to store your watercrafts.
