Soft-Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies: Baked
This is the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. And I have had a lot of chocolate chip cookies. It’s chewy but crisp around the edges, and full of chunks of good quality chocolate. The center is just a touch gooey, so that it’s like you’re eating raw cookie dough, which is obviously the best thing ever. It’s sweet, but not tooth-achingly so, and has hints of brown sugar and brown butter and is also the perfect size for a cookie, in that you can eat two without feeling like you went overboard. Yum.
