Everything You Need To Know About The Brooklyn Half Marathon
Post-Race Entertainment
By entertainment, we mostly mean beers. And roller coasters! The order these go in is sort of up to you, but the point is, you’ll probably want to stay in Coney Island, where there’s a fair amount of entertainment set up for your benefit. You can just bask in what are sure to be truly great vibes bouncing around the marathon finish, but you could also put all your special marathon discounts to work by riding the Wonder Wheel and the Cyclone, then fortifying with a Coors Light and a burger at Peggy O’Neill’s on Surf Ave, which will be opening its doors at 9am for this express purpose. Whether you’re running or not, by this point, you’ll have earned yourself a beer.
