Especially since Brooklyn has a small but mighty coalition of ragin’ Cajun locations, just perfect for donning a string of beads, throwing back straight bourbon, and tucking into a steaming plate of gumbo while listening to a Zydeco band or the dulcet tones of Harry Connick Junior.
