Many polling places were changed because of Sandy-related issues. Here’s a rundown of all the switches in Brooklyn by neighborhood. Vote today! Governor Cuomo also signed an executive order to allow registered NYC voters to vote by affidavit at any polling place in the city. (They would not be able to vote in local races in such circumstances.)
