Maybe there isn’t something for everyone at BLT Burger, but there’s definitely a burger for every burger lover. Lamb, tuna, turkey, veggie, and of course beef are all options for how you want your meat pattied. Quality and price of burgers range as well – with the modest American Kobe Burger for the working class diner to the Japanese Kobe Burger for those who have some extra change to spend. Of course the atmosphere is borderline kitsch and reminds patrons that their stomachs are the final destination for cows once they’ve left the slaughterhouse, but in this case, it’s reassuring that BLT Burger is that in love with what they do.
