      <![CDATA[no you know who will be hit the hardest?<br>
 those who live in eastern queens  and other areas of the city with no subways  (like certain areas of the bronx  and also staten island)  <br>
we have no way to refill our metro cards. those who use the bus only, use metro cards too and there is no way to refill our metro cards anywhere near us.

      <![CDATA[You can actually refill it before the 30 days are up, but you won't see it on your card until the 30 days are up. <br>
