Boardwalk Empire Explosion Update: It Happened, And We Have Pictures!

Remember what we told you last night about a planned explosion in Greenpoint being set off for a scene in Boardwalk Empire? Well, it happened, and, as you can see, we have pictures!
As if we would ever lie to you about something like that.
Anyway, here's a before and during shot of the whole thing. Pretty cool, no? Way to up the production value and suspense, HBO.
