In Your Face, Williamsburg: Regional Reactions to Forbes' Hipster Neighborhoods List

When Forbes dropped the bomb on us last week that they were authorities on hipsters and had therefore calculated a very scientific study evaluating "America's hippest hipster neighborhoods," reactions from said neighborhoods sprung up all over the place. Our own Kristin Iversen piped in, understandably a little confused as to how Williamsburg could place third. Have you seen how people dress there?

Others were angry, a few rival neighborhoods protested, while some residents expressed genuine excitement that their 'hood had been acknowledged on the list, thereby canceling its inclusion on it. Take a look took below at what people are saying from inside the top six hippest zip codes in America, deemed so by Forbes. Eye rolls are implied, while vendettas against Brooklyn are explicit.
