Bye-Bye Brooklyn: 6 End of Summer Getaways

Maybe you spent your summer traveling from place to place, swimming in the Adriatic Sea or eating lobster roll after lobster roll on Little Deer Isle. In which case, good for you! Your life sounds just great.
But for those of us who are still as pasty as we were in April and are permanently clammy from sitting in an air-conditioned office all day long, the fact that summer is now officially drawing to a close is a call to arms. We must figure out a way to get out of Brooklyn!
But planning is hard, so we've done it for you. Here are 6 trips of varying durations and distances. Go on them.
