Sneak Peek: Alder's Spring Collection

Alder is a true Brooklyn brand: Not only is the line developed from a studio in the Navy Yards, but the duo behind it—Nina Zilka and David J. Krause—met while studying fashion design at Pratt. But they take local inspiration to the next level with their spring ’13 collection (yes, designers work that far in advance), with the borough’s burgeoning population of sartorially aware men shaping the label’s direction. Brooklyn Magazine got a sneak peek of what they came up with.
