Bellwether: Cold fried chicken sandwich
The dome-topped, brioche buns were just a touch dry, but we were more than willing to forgive them for the tasty goodness inside — a four bite morsel of crackly skinned chicken offset by a sweet/sour/salty combo of honey mustard and thickly sliced pickles.
