What tip would you give a new bartender that you wish you had known?
Kill’em with kindness, and be very careful about using your station to pick up folks. Not a good look.

Irish Coffee with Jameson Black Barrel. The Black Barrel makes it extra complex.

I play music.

Too many to name, but they almost always involve milk.
