Gigawatts Festival Announces 2015 Line-up and It’s Really Good
Bushwick will be overrun with bands both old and new this summer (as if it weren’t already), when the third annual Gigawatts Festival takes place (July 24th-26th) at three different venues off the Montrose L stop. The Wick, The Well and soon-to-be-opened Our Wicked Lady will play host to over 80 bands including 90s emo-favorites Braid, as they headline the fest alongside The Black Lips and Anamanaguchi.
Other local bands like Liturgy, Vulture Shit and Cerebral Ballzy will be joined by out-of-towners like Pile, Palehound and Guerrilla Toss for what should be an extra-amplified good time in mid-summer humidity.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 am, and can be purchased here.
