Brooklyn’s Best Super Bowl Party Packages
We’re just going to out ourselves right away: We first heard about “Deflate-Gate” from Nugget Spot in Gramercy, when they pitched us their Super Bowl special of “under-inflated” nuggets (a canny ruse for price gouging popcorn chicken, but whatever). What we’re saying is, we essentially view the world through a limited lens of food, so would never deign to insult the intelligence of football fans by attempting to engage in sports talk. We’ll just stick to what we know by spotlighting superior tailgate spreads instead, equally appropriate for true football enthusiasts, or whoever’s just in it for the hot wings.
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que: Take your pick of one of two plus-sized packages: “The Pigskin” (feeds 10+ people for $130), or “The Gridiron” (suitable for 20+ people for $260). Both include Dino’s jumbo BBQ chicken wings and ribs, garnished with blue cheese and celery, plus all the necessary paper goods, like plates, forks and wet-naps.

The Meatball Shop: Not feeling fried chicken? You can order buckets full of balls at the Williamsburg outpost of The Meatball Shop. You heard us right; only $45 for 25 (fully inflated) chicken, veggie, spicy pork, beef, or pizza-flavored balls!
