Brooklyn Flea, Smorgasburg are Wintering in Crown Heights

The finally-opened Crown Heights beer and food hall Berg’n is getting some company starting in November. When the weather gets too chilly for the Brooklyn Flea and Smorgaburg’s outdoor locations, they’ll be moving into the 140,000 square foot space at 1000 Dean Street, just next to Berg’n.

The market’s owners confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that the big move was happening, though they had hinted that it was in the works previously. Because the space where the markets are setting up is connected to the halls of Berg’n, it’s good news for those wintry days where you’d like to do some indoor exploring and then settle down with a beer and a bite.
