NYC Brewer’s Choice Line-Up And Venue Announced
NYC Beer Week is fast approaching (February 21 – March 2) and the line-up for one of its premier events, the Brewer’s Choice, officially has a time and place. The event will take place from 6pm to 10pm on Wednesday, February 26 at Williamsburg’s Wythe Hotel. Everything will be New York-centric and feature city-based breweries like 508 Gastrobrewery, Big Alice and Sixpoint as well as a host of upstate and Long Island breweries including Peekskill, Ommegang, Barrier and Rocky Point. On top of that the event will feature bites from dozens of food vendors including Mile End, Sigmund’s Pretzels, Landhaus and Jimmy’s No. 43. There’ll even be a oyster shucking station!
Early bird tickets will set you back $60 and includes a keynote address by Peekskill’s Jeff O’Neil, more than 25 brewers who will share their special brews and beers brewed with grains from GrowNYC and Valley Malt’s Local Grain Project.
