Andrew uses spatula to shred the fish. “There’s a little sizzle going on there,” he says, adjusting the burner’s heat to four out of six.
Andrew: I’m probably gonna overcook it a little bit.
Me: Why?
Jared: Cook out the Chinese toxins.
Andrew: I don’t have the patience to really put a lot of effort into my cooking.
Jared: it’s the same approach he has to his music.
Andrew: I know how to make things taste good.
Me: If you were really trying to impress someone, what would you do differently than you’re doing right now?
Andrew: I don’t know.
Me: Are you trying to impress us right now?
Andrew: Uh…
Jared: Do you eat fish?
Me: Yes.
