Cochinita Pibil Tacos at Cochinita: Flour-phobes have a lot to love about this Clinton Hill taqueria (the entire menu, included a spiced chocolate cake called The Diablo, is gluten free), but it’s a certified winner among flavor-fanatics as well. Corn tortillas are made in house, and the classic Yucatan specialty for which the takeout spot is named (cochinita pibil — pork shoulder braised in orange, spices, and banana leaves) is as tasty a taco filling as you’ll find anywhere. Vegans rejoice…there’s even an orange-infused tofu version, topped with salsa, pickled onions and lime.
