Ice Cream, Blue Marble
You are an adult. You are in control of your destiny. When you want, you can and should eat ice cream for dinner. Especially when the heat dictates that real, sit-down meals are daunting, and optional. The execution of this is up to you—Magnum bar from the deli, Coolhaus sandwich, whatever—but if we had to pick one for these purposes, we’d go with Blue Marble. Local, hormone-free, invariably delicious, and far, far better than forcing yourself to eat a sandwich just because you think you should.
