Olive Pate Banh Mi at Falansai
Since opening up about a month ago, Falansai (an offshoot of San Francisco staple The Slanted Door) has been garnering rave reviews for simple dishes like their shrimp spring rolls and olive pate banh mi, as well as their more ambitious undertakings, most notably their catfish, which is caramelized in a clay pot. A good place to take advantage of the 15 percent discount, but also a neighborhood spot worth checking out before the lines inevitably get long.
