Brooklyn’s Best Places to Break Up With Your (Formerly) Loved One
al di là
Going to one of Brooklyn’s most romantic restaurants to breakup with someone might seem counterintuitive, but hear me out on this one. First of all, if you’ve never been to al di là, then this is a no brainer. Definitely choose it as your breakup spot. It’s insanely delicious AND they take credit cards now, so, like I said, no brainer. But why is this an ideal breakup spot? Well, since this is a classy and romantic restaurant, whoever you’re breaking up with is pretty unlikely to cause a scene. It would be so awkward. Ugh. Terrible. It’ll never happen. Instead whoever you’re breaking up with will have to sit tight and bite their tongue and just stare at you across the candle-lit table as you glow in that perfect light and you can feel assured that whoever you’re breaking up with will always remember you as a glowing angel. A fucking angel. You can’t hope for anything better than that post-breakup. Plus, if you order the beet ravioli, you’ll finish even farther out on top.
